Dr Waldemar Krawczyk, former director of the Central Forensic Laboratory of the Polish Police provided practical training for the SBBE students regarding analysis of psychoactive substances in biomass of plant origin. The students were familiarized with issues related to the production and chromatography (GC-MS and HPLC) analysis of natural and semi-synthetic drugs of coca leaves, poppy plants and hemp herb.
