Our students of the Sustainable Biomass and Bioproducts Engineering Master had the opportunity to discover more about Cervantes and his incredible novel “El Ingenioso Hidalgo Don Quijote de la Mancha”. Then, they also visited other museums, such as the Manuel López Villaseñor Museum, which is located in an ancient house from the XV century, and the Elisa Cendrero House, built in the XIX century.
